At BowEdison, the menu is best described as “eclectic, modern American” cooking, strongly influenced, simply enough, by all the things the Chef likes to eat. The menu is small yet sophisticated, with creative, seasonal offerings and highlighting the bounty of our local producers.
We offer the causal/fine dining experience; meaning you get to come casual and still receive the high-level service and food of a fine dining restaurant. We are a no tipping establishment; hospitality is included in the price of the item you purchase. Our servers make an hourly wage based on their experience and also participate in a revenue share. We look forward to serving you, not for the tip, but because we truly want you to have a great experience here.
